All pattern sales are final (they are easy to copy).

Making changes to an order:

1. If you have not checked out yet, you can easily change your order by clicking on the REMOVE BUTTON (it is located in the shopping cart).

2. If you have already checked out and the order has been placed with Paypal, you will need to contact me at www.pammcclung@bellsouth.net to make changes or issue refunds thru Paypal.

COPYRIGHTS: All content included in this site, including but not limited to graphics or code is the property of Pam's Patterns.

REFUNDS ON SHIPPING CHARGES: If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received damaged items; we will refund shipping and handling charges (after the items are returned to us). We will accept no COD shipments.

PRIVACY POLICY: Any personal information you provide, including your name, address, telephone or email address, will not be released, sold or rented to anybody outside Pam's Patterns.

SHIPPING INSURANCE: We do not require insurance or "pay for delivery" confirmation. Shipping labels are printed directly from the information you put on the order, we will not be responsible for replacing orders for which the address has been input incorrectly on the order.
